Aranel stood in a clearing beside the dakr river pracrtising her skills in magic, she held out her hands and a sword made of ice appeared she controlled all that cause destruction and darkness,

she the wind ice fire lightning, and darkness such as shadows

just then an owl lands near by and watches her intently, moving his head with the movement of her hands.

she created human looking figures out of the shadows and attakced them they disapeared as her sword passed through them, she paused not even out fo breath and decided she would continue after reviewing the things she needed to do, she had all of her tools except basalisk blood,

but where would she find a basalisk,
