Turin eyed the Beasts below, each ran very fast and he was suprised as he swang from tree to tree making sure the bird on his shoulder wasn't harmed.
Boden, what race are you? I have come across shape shifters before and with the combined power of this elven cloak, I can mamipulate the appearence of something of which I have aquired DNA previously... but you look as if your a bird, for I see only a bird and no other race below your feathers...
Then turning his head below he called the the rest of the company.
"How do you fare guys? I arn't going to fast for you am I? Need I slow down!" He meant it as a friendly mock.

Boden looked at turin, he seemd like a nice enough guy, he liked his attitude and hey kinda from what he found out has a fair bit in common
i am a changing moon .... i kill a animal, and eat its heart, thus allowing me to take it in shape or form however i can also make my self look like you, but not eating your heart make me with the same strangth ability and i would speak like me not obtaining ur vocal cords etc but animal i gain there techniques i.e hawk eye seefar and the ability to fly, i is quite interesting actually . would u like me to fly ahead ? or prehaps turn into a monkey if i make it hard for u to travel?
he said all this looking for orcs with his good senses and hearing

Outstanding if I do say so myself Turin smirked, Thing is with my guille, I cannot attain the full capacity of whatever I turn into, if I were to ruffly say, I have 30% of the creatures power when I am in their form...
He looked ahead and then replied, No you do not burden me friend, you lighten my heart that I can talk to some one that does not mean ill to me... he smiled at the bird, Just one thing, I have not attained the DNA of a hawk before, could I ... err.. borrow a feather please?
Then he called to the ones below...

as long as you take one and it does not hurt, he laughed in turin's head... i wont be able to fly without feathers.. any way tell me about about yourself ... why do people ill manner you, you seem a worthy man to me ..

I do indeed, my friend, lets see if this works...
He stopped abruptly and cast the feather into the sky, and jumped up towards it. His cloak spread out and in a flash he reduced in size and shape...
Letting out a loud hawking noise, he spread his wings against the moon...
I look sexeh... Turin thought to himself, and then looked at Boden giving him a hoot. He'd never been a flying animal before and one without the capability to speak out loud. He thoght intently, wondering how he could answer Iceant's question.

For the first time Turin actually wanted to smile out of good feeling, unfortunately he couldnt... -.-
Nice one boys, Move it...
He attempted to follow Boden, but he couldn't control his wings very well ... he sped up and ... hit a tree...
A great thud....
I'M OK!!!!
He rose again, this time watched Boden in the distance, and copied his moves... soon he was at his tail, alll the company flying/running out into the wild for days of adventures to come.

Turin wide eyed looked at the owl, it was the second time a talking bird had appeared next to him...
"Hullo, careful, the floor is full of mites, awful on that beautiful hide of yours, Turin was more open now, his new friends had opened a place in his heart that had been frozen for millenia, "We havn't got anything planned really...
Turin was now open, but he wasn't stupid, he was not about to reveal information to people he didn't know very well...
